Content
Content management lists what the space can teach. Assigning it to people happens elsewhere; this screen is about the material itself and the state each piece is in.
What content management is good for
Section titled “What content management is good for”The content list is an inventory: what the space holds, in which version, and whose it is. Most questions about the material can be answered from a single row without opening the piece.
- Purchased courses are waiting for a new version. You have more than a few and do not want to go through them one by one. Switch on Aktualizace and the list shows only content that is waiting for a new version. You miss nothing and check nothing needlessly.
- A trainer is rewriting a course people are studying right now. The row shows the active version and, next to it, the state Koncept. The published version still stands; the draft is visible beside it. You do not have to put the rewrite off until everyone has finished.
- An auditor asks what is yours and what was bought. Switch on Vlastní and only content the space authored itself remains; each row carries its authors and licences. The answer comes from one screen, with no digging through contracts.
- A colleague wants to know what you offer to others. The Nabídka
column separates pieces marked Veřejná from those the space keeps inside
(
-). You do not have to find out piece by piece.
The screen answers what the space holds and what state it is in. Who it is assigned to is decided elsewhere.
The screen

- (1) Přidat obsah creates a new piece.
- (2) Two switches narrow the list: Aktualizace and Vlastní — content awaiting a new version, and content this space authored rather than bought.
- (3) Each row carries the name, its active version, scope, version state, authors, whether it is offered, and its licences.
Versions are the spine of this screen
Section titled “Versions are the spine of this screen”A row shows an active version and a version state separately. Koncept and Aktivní are states of a version, not of the content, so a piece can be published and have a draft in progress at once.
The Rozsah column reads 1/1 — a count of parts, shown as a
fraction rather than a number.
What to watch for

content kept inside the space (-).
